We are based in Thailand and ship worldwide.
Delivery takes 2~4 weeks to most countries from Thailand.
If you want to reduce the delivery time, you can pay for Fast Shipping (by DHL Express).
When your ring arrives in your country it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and/or other fees.
You will be responsible for their payment.

We don't take responsibility for delayed or lost items.
Please note that we have sent thousands of rings over a period of more than 10 years without having lost a single one during delivery.
The tracking number you will be provided with allows you to remain informed about the progress of your parcel.
If you decide that the size you ordered needs to be changed, you have the option of returning your ring for an exchange, within 4 weeks after the ring has been received.
We charge $10 for size exchange + $10 to post the new ring to you.
This service is available only for rings (not bangles) made of silver, NOT gold.
If the ring you wish to exchange has an engraving or a matte finish you would need to pay for it again if you still want it.
For re-sizing, I do not make rings larger, except if it is only by a small amount (since that can easily be done by stretching on a mandrel).
The reason for this is simple - making a ring larger involves inserting an extra piece of metal into the back of each band, which is far too time-consuming for me.
While every care is taken during their manufacture, it is a possibility that a soldered joint will fail at some point in the life of your ring. If this happens, I will repair it free of charge.
Please note that silver is a soft metal and you need to be careful with your ring. We will not be responsible for any deformation caused by your rough treatment.
Also, when you inform us about the need for repair, please attach photos of your ring showing how it is damaged.
If you feel that the ring(s) you have received are substantially different from what you have seen advertised, or are defective in any way, please notify us (within two weeks) for a full refund.
We will also cover the cost of returning the ring to us.
