For an extra $20 you can have a (roughly 2.5 mm) round gemstone set on any ring, if space allows.

Currently living as we do in Thailand, there is an abundence of gemstones. I would be able to provide just about any reasonably common gemstone you can think of. And if the gemstone you decide upon is not available in the right size or shape, I can arrange to get available gemstones re-cut.
